Billing Information
Madison Surgery Center maintains a rigorous program of cost containment to assure high quality health care at a competitive rate. Our facility fee is billed separately from the fees of our surgeons, anesthesiologists, pathologists, and laboratory fees. Facility charges include the costs associated with the operating/procedure rooms, recovery room, nursing staff, medical-surgical supplies and pharmaceuticals used during the procedure.
Method of Payment
Our center is an approved facility for many health plans. However, if you are not fully covered by your insurance plan, you should make financial arrangements prior to the day of surgery.
