Our Facility
Madison Surgery Center has private pre-op admission rooms and patient care recovery areas, as well as fully-furnished operating room suites and procedural rooms with state-of-the-art monitoring equipment, surgical technology and comfort-lending anesthesia. We have a patient waiting area that provides coffee and tea for patient family members and friends.
Accreditation Information
Madison Surgery Center has been certified by the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services since opening in 1996. Our surgery center is also accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.
As an ambulatory health care organization seeking accreditation by the AAAHC, Madison Surgery Center underwent an extensive on-site, peer-based survey of its facilities and services. Our status as an accredited organization signifies that Madison Surgery Center has passed the Accreditation Association’s series of rigorous and nationally recognized standards for the provision of quality health care.

Our Mission
Madison Surgery Center goal is to provide personalized, time-saving services in a non-threatening, non-hospital environment. We provide credentialed physicians and patients with outpatient surgery options that are as cost-effective and high-quality as many inpatient surgeries.
Goals and Objectives
The goals and objectives of Madison Surgery program are to:
- Provide safe, convenient and cost-effective surgical services to physicians and their patients.
- Provide consistently high-quality nursing care.
- Provide a system that can be utilized by patients with ease.
- Decrease patients’ physiological stress and apprehension of undergoing elective surgical procedures.
